Refund Policy
At Magic River, we are committed to providing high-quality merchandise to our valued customers. We understand that satisfaction is paramount, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of the following refund and return policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise due to dissatisfaction with styles or fit. We suggest reading our product descriptions and size guides closely so that you have a good understanding of how our products fit.

No Refunds or Returns:
We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any merchandise. By making a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Limited exception. With that being said, it has always been our policy to do the right thing when we make a mistake. If you feel that we made a mistake on your order, simply contact us with photos and we will do our best to make it right. We will not accept ANY returns or exchanges past 30 days.

Order Cancellation:
Orders that have already been packed are subject to a 10% restocking fee if canceled.

Shipping and Handling Fees Deduction:
Shipping and handling fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.

Customer Responsibilities:
To initiate a refund request, customers are responsible for providing the following information: order number or reference; a detailed description of the issue, including photographs; and any other documentation or evidence as required and reasonably requested. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in delays in processing your refund request. We encourage you to contact our customer support team for prompt assistance with the refund process.

Timeframe for Disputes:
Please note that we will not accept any returns or exchanges past 30 days from the date of purchase.

Unauthorized Returns:
Orders returned without prior permission will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once your refund request is approved, please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe or have any concerns about the refund process, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Limitation of Liability:
Once we transfer your package to the carrier for shipment and delivery, the status of your shipment and responsibility of delivery is on the carrier, and any dispute for lost packages will need to be handled through the carrier. 
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Magic River shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages, or any lost profits or losses, arising from or in connection with your use of our merchandise or services. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the merchandise. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Chargeback Policy:
By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree that you will not initiate any chargebacks with your credit card issuer or bank in violation of this refund and return policy. Chargebacks should only be used as a last resort for disputes that fall within the guidelines of this policy. In the event that you initiate a chargeback in violation of this policy, Magic River reserves the right to take legal action to seek reimbursement for any fees, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of the chargeback, including but not limited to the original purchase amount, chargeback fees, and legal costs. We are committed to resolving any issues or concerns you may have promptly and fairly through the procedures outlined in this refund policy.
